1. Dedicated Company Spaces
To start, we have six dedicated company spaces. At “press-time”, only two are currently available for lease. Having dedicated office space allows our tenants extreme productivity – --while collaboration still happens around the office among tenants.
2. Wide Open Space – 9,500 square feet of space allows for ease of social distancing in this Covid world. That being said, we still wear masks when in shared areas. We also require all visitors to wear a mask -- tenant health and safety is one of the most important things to us!
We’ve said it before, but 2929 Canton has around 4,000 square feet of shared amenities…here are just a few:
3. Five Meeting Rooms with Reservation System
Let’s face it, nobody loves meetings. But when our tenants must have a meeting, 2929 Canton has five meeting areas to choose from. The availability of these rooms can be seen and reserved in advance from built-in iPads, or right from a phone.
4. Four Phone Booth Rooms
Phone booths are perfect for taking important calls, and handling private matters and conversations. No need here to step out to the street to have that phone call! You can also reserve these phone rooms with our room reservation system.
5. Peloton
Why leave the office for a workout when there is an incredible workout right here in the building -- the Peloton bike! However, if you prefer to hit the actual gym, Cross Fit DEEP (Ellum) is one block away. Or, take a walk in the neighborhood and check out the many great murals. However you prefer to keep fit, one of our five restrooms has a shower so you can easily freshen up.
6. Private Wi-Fi Network for Each Company
2929 Canton boasts 1 GB fiber internet with dedicated and isolated WiFi 6 networks for each company. Privacy and security is powered by an enterprise-class firewall, so your company’s data stays safe on its own network, from the inside and outside.
7. Onsite Community Manager
Our Community Manager, Claire, can also be described as the office “Mama Bear” to our tenants. She’ll likely be the one to give you your tour of our space when you stop in. Claire creates a welcoming environment to not only our tenants, but also their guests and vendors. She wants to help you grow and stay focused on your life’s work!
